The seminars are modular and very practice-oriented.

They usually last 2 days. If possible, the number of participants should not exceed 6-8 persons.

The methods used are adapted to the respective objectives and include instructional talks and discussions, exercises and role plays with video analysis, individual work, small group and plenary work, reflection and relaxation phases.
